What will you do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the main point of contact for our customers. You provide excellent service and work closely with colleagues to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction. Your tasks include:
- Maintaining contact with customers and internal departments regarding planning, transportation, and delivery arrangements;
- Diligently following up on customer inquiries and identifying sales opportunities;
- Monitoring delivery schedules and entering purchase and sales orders in the ERP system (Dynamics 365);
- Actively contributing to process improvements and raising quality within the team.
What we like to see in you
- Background: MBO+ or HBO level of education or equivalent experience;
- Knowledge: Logistics experience and familiarity with Dynamics 365 are a plus;
- Competencies: You are customer-oriented, proactive, hands-on, and a good team player. You stay calm in unexpected situations and can easily set priorities;
- Language: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.
