What will you do?
As a Supply Chain Support, you are the connecting link between customers, suppliers, service providers, and internal departments. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the entire logistics process, from planning to final delivery. This means following up on orders, streamlining communication, and solving problems to prevent delays. Additionally:
- You verify and manage import and export documentation to ensure compliance with all regulations;
- Efficient communication is maintained with external warehouses;
- Seasonal schedules are followed, coordinating and monitoring suppliers and service providers.
- All stakeholders are kept informed in a timely manner about changes in the process, such as delays or transport modifications.
- Strong relationships are built and maintained with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You contribute to supply chain improvement projects, such as identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
What we like to see in you
- A completed bachelor's degree (Hbo or Wo) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, (Technical) Business Administration, or another related economic field;
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a logistics or customer service environment is preferred;
- Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of Dutch, Spanish, or French is a plus;
- Pull-time availability.
